Somatics are not a trend. Soma means body, and the human body is ancient! Maybe you do not count many years yet, but the history of how bodies function, the history of cells is deeper, richer and older than we can imagine. Life is an infinite unfolding of expansions and contractions.
That might sound a bit abstract and I will invite you to take a deep breath into your belly, and to lean back a little more when you are reading this.
Time is real, and your body is the best proof for it!
The pace of our modern day life is destructive. It is excessively focused on productivity, reaching goals, doing more and having more. Constantly running after the next thing, we are even when it comes to “wellness” just looking for another quick fix, to go on with our busy schedules, with our endless feed of information, day in day out, floods of news and images, blue light, processed food, everything poxed, plastic, packed up and ready to eat NOW.
BUT AREN’T YOU HUNGRY?
Hungry for aliveness? For more space to feel interactions instead of rushing through to get another box ticket off your endless to do list?
Aren’t you hungry for more time? Time to really sit and listen to someone you love, time to make love, time to unwind?
How about the richness of sensation? Can you feel your body?

I’m here to guide you to build the safety in your system to actually feel. To build resilience in your body, to practice presence and come back home to your self.
Somatics will change your life.
Not in a thunderous kind of way. Not with flashes and screams and big aha moments. Honestly, the change might come slowly, through slowness, and with a lot of agitation. When Anxiety is your all time mode and your regular state is becoming restless, I invite you to journey into the Arts of Somatics with us. And let me confuse you a little to begin with: It’s not about getting rid of these states, it’s about getting to know them. In Somatics, we build the capacity to hold more and actually be here with what is present in your body. Slowness is essential to be in the present moment and feel whatever is there to be felt. And safety is essential to be slow.
If you need a little extra support, if you crave a little extra connection and care and a deepening of your own relationship with yourself, this is your space to be.
We meet for five sessions to deepen and explore our connection to ourselves through the body. We explore the principles of somatics and how they can support us to deepen our knowledge of ourselves and create new ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us.
The workshop series includes various topics, covering the basics of somatic practices and how we can weave those into our lives to support our creative processes. This space is a continuous deepening into your most authentic self, that’s why I offer it only as a package. It is highly recommended to join the live classes, but all workshops will be recorded for you to rewatch as well.
